I ventured a bit further afield to provide wedding photography at Windsor Guildhall and also to capture a delightful wedding reception at The Sir Christopher Wren in Windsor.  I do love Berkshire wedding photography as its quite easy for me to get to and I love to visit new venues and locations.

I arrived on a bright and sunny day into Windsor station for a short walk up the hill and past the majestic Windsor Castle.  I arrived for the Windsor Guildhall wedding ceremony to take a few photos of the guests greeting each other before heading into the fantastic ceremony room.  This is certainly a place with the wow factor!  Beautiful paintings and wonderful old furniture create a feeling of marrying in a very historic and significant room.

The beautiful bride Jan arrived to walk down the aisle to meet Steve for the ceremony, watched by their close family and friends.  It was a lovely and light-hearted ceremony and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.  We took a few group photos before heading outside for confetti.

It was a short walk to The Sir Christopher Wren Hotel reception, and we stopped along the way for a few wedding portraits at some of the places along the way.  What is a Windsor wedding without a photograph in front of the castle?

We soon arrived at the hotel for the meal and celebrations, as well as speeches an cake cutting.  The room overlooks the river Thames with a lovely little terrace for guests to enjoy the outside space.  Everyone was treated to a cream tea before the disco started, and also the karaoke which was great fun!

Wishing you all the best for the future!
