I posted a sneak peek a few weeks ago of Lisa and Richard’s wedding in Didcot (Harwell).  As the happy couple have now returned from honeymoon I thought I would share a few more images from their wedding day.Lisa and Richard wanted reportage style wedding photography (documentary wedding photography) and the styling for their wedding had a vintage feel, so I have added a vintage processing style to their wedding day images.  I captured their day without too much direction from me during the course of the day.  This is a summary of their wedding photography Didcot, I hope you enjoy these!

I met Lisa in the morning for her bridal preparations at Milton Hill House Hotel whilst she put on her wedding dress and some final touches of make-up.  Her wedding dress was exquisite – a shorter length style with lots of lace trim and it suited her perfectly.  Lisa was so excited, I couldn’t wait to photograph her arrival at the church!

I went over to the church to see the guests arriving for the wedding ceremony and a very excited Lisa arrived soon after for the wedding ceremony. After the wedding ceremony we walked over to Harwell Village Hall – it was a lovely sunny afternoon and the guests enjoyed the leisurely stroll chatting and laughing.

We arrived at Harwell Village Hall for fish and chips and hog roast- there was an authentic fish and chip van so the guests were really spoilt for choice.
I went for a short stroll with Lisa and Richard down the lane next to the village hall, and we walked post some of the lovely old village cottages for some portrait photos of the happy couple.

We were soon into the evening festivities accompanied by a live band, there was plenty of dancing and fun!  Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness as you start your journey as husband and wife.
