Where to start with this wonderful day!  A New College Oxford wedding ceremony, followed by a wedding drinks at St Hilda’s College in Oxford, then finishing the day with a wedding reception at The Perch Oxford.

Hatty and Ian were married on a gloriously sunny summer’s day, with perfect weather from start to end.  Hatty and her bridesmaids were getting ready at the house whilst I took a few photos of Hatty’s flowers, dress and shoes.  I also captured some of the hair and make-up, as well as Hatty’s final preparations before heading off in her beautiful vintage car.

New College Chapel wedding ceremony

Ian and his groomsmen were waiting for the New College Oxford wedding ceremony, greeting guests and enjoying the sunshine.  The chapel at New College is spectacular and impressive, steeped in history and an incredible place to get married.  The ceremony was filled with singing and music, such a memorable celebration.

After the ceremony we had time for a few family photos at the College.  The bride and groom then went for a walk around Oxford to capture a few photos in front of the Oxford landmarks.

St Hilda's College wedding reception

Next we headed to the wedding reception at St Hilda’s College Oxford.  The grounds of the College overlook The Thames, and there is plenty of room for the guests to enjoy their drinks and canapes whilst chatting and relaxing on the lawns.  Hatty and Ian had a few family photos in front of the College Buildings, as well as finding a spot in the shade for a few photos of the two of them.  The Champagne was flowing and the guests had a really enjoyable afternoon.

Wedding reception at The Perch Oxford

The vintage bus arrived for our trip to The Perch wedding reception.  Hatty and Ian arrived by boat, with plenty of confetti to greet them!  The Perch wedding venue is ideally situated on the outskirts of Oxford, with a large marquee to accommodate plenty of guests.  The sharing platters are always popular, and the guests enjoyed a feast before heading back outdoors to enjoy the evening.

It was time for dancing and partying, and Hatty and Ian put on a fantastic display for their first dance.  It was such a pleasure to be a part of their wedding day, which was perfect from start to end.  Congratulations to you both, wishing you a lifetime of happiness!
